The NetMed Structure

The NetMed Group, is a vital component of MIH ( Myriad International Holding) that is based in Hoofdorp, Holland. The NetMed Group operates in the Mediterranean region of Greece and Cyprus, since 1994 and 1993 respectively. The NetMed group aims to continue to harvest future business opportunities by focusing on providing quality content, which includes delivering the best entertainment, sports and news channels from around the world, by supplying cutting-edge technology and by expanding and fully utilising its Internet services. Thus, the NetMed Group is well positioned to face the challenges of the 21st century.

OPERATIONS

The Group is comprised of seven companies:

• NetMed SA - provides administrative and consulting services to the Group.
• NetMed Hellas SA - the channel provider.
• Multichoice Hellas SA - subscriber management services in Greece and digital platform management.
• Multichoice Cyprus Limited - subscriber management services in Cyprus.
• SYNED SA - a technology company involved mainly in satellite telecommunications and signal distribution
• M-Web - develops, hosts and provides content for web sites.
• Ad Value - Administers all the advertising sales of the group (on analogue and digital platform and Internet).
